Washington Wilbert Vault Works, Inc. was formed in 1938 in Rockville, Maryland by Royden H Wood. Washington Wilbert was one of the very first Wilbert licensees - number 13 to be precise. The original factory was purchased from Wolfkill Vaults and moved to Laurel, MD in the early 1960’s. The company is currently owned by Royden H Wood III and Christopher J. Wood.
Today Washington Wilbert Vault is a provider of burial vaults, cremation urn vaults, cremation urns, and Redi-Rock retaining walls to the greater Washington DC metropolitan area.
